Ingredients

  • salad
  • 4 cupmixed looseleaf lettuce torrn into bite sized pieces
  • 1tangerine ( peeled, seeded, sectioned )
  • 1/3 cupdried cranberries or craisins
  • 1/4 cupraisins
  • 1/4 cupshredded carrots
  • 1/4 cupbroken candied or sugared walnuts
  • dressing
  • 1/3 cupgolden balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tbspstrawberry preserves jelly
  • top with
  • 1shaved parmesan to taste

Steps

    for the salad:

    cut each section of tangerine in half.

    layer salad in order of the ingredients listed.

    add all ingredients into a jar and shake well!

    makes enough forr 2 for a meal or 4-5 as a side.
