Ingredients

  1. 6Center cut boneless pork chops
  2. 1Pepper
  3. 1Salt
  4. 1 largeegg
  5. 1/2 cupPanko breadcrumbs
  6. 1/3 cupItalian breadcrumbs
  7. 2 tbspParmesan cheese
  8. 1 1/4 tspSweet paperika
  9. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  10. 1/2 tspOnion powder
  11. 1/4 tspChili powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. 2

    Grease a large enough baking dish

    Mix all of the ingredients EXCEPT the egg in a bowl

    Break the egg in a bowl and wisk it up

    Salt and pepper both sides of the chops

    Dip the chop into the egg then into the breadcrumb mixture

    Place each breaded chop in the dish

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
