1 1/2 cupMaida
1Egg
1 cupSugar
2Mashed banana
1/3 cupoil
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt
1 tspVanilla essence

Steps

Mix all dry ingredients together and sieve

Mix all wet ingredients Well

Pre heat ocen in 170 degrees

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.

Fill in the myffins mould to half and bake for 20mts or till the knife comes out clean
6

Cool it on wire rack and serve.
