Steps

Heat oil and make tadka of rai and jeera. Add crushed garlic and chilli and mix it.

Now add chopped kaddu and red chilli powder and turmeric and salt. And mix it.

Add 2 tbsp of water just to cook kaddu. And cook it till kaddu become mushy. At last add tomato.

Now garnish with coriander and serve it with chapati.
