  • 1 cupsr flour
  • 2 cupcorn meal finely ground
  • 2 tspground black pepper
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • vegetable oil to fry
  • 26 ozswai

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil

  2. 2

    Mix the pepper, corn meal, flour all together

  3. 3

    Salt the fish both sides dredge the fish in the flour cornmeal mixtue I cut four filets into 3 pieces each

    Fry in pan with oil when done add to paper towel to absorb excess oil

    When done serve hope you enjoy
