My special Mandazi
This is my favorite dish. I like how it tastes.
Steps

Put all the dry ingredients in a Sufuria and mix nicely.

Add in oil and mix very well. Break the eggs and add in the flour. Mix then add in warm water and continue kneading with your hands.
- 3
Knead to form a soft dough. Allow the dough to rest. Then prepare oil for frying by heating.
- 4
Roll the dough in a flat surface divide the dough into small pieces according to your taste and preference
