  1. 1onion, chopped
  2. 5 eachsquid rings
  3. 5prawns
  4. 1 bunchchopped parsley
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 cupboiled rice
  7. salt
  8. ground black pepper
  9. 2soy sauce
  10. lemon juice
  11. olive oil, extra virgin
  12. 1 cupmixed vegetable

  1. 1

    Boiled the rice and strain the water. Keep it aside for cooling

  2. 2

    Boil the seafoods and cut them into bite piece.

  3. 3

    In frying pan add oil and scramble the egg.

  4. 4

    Then one by one add all the ingredients and stir fry .

  5. 5

    Keep the heat high and fry for 5 mins and serve hot
