Steps

In a pan melt margarine and add flour mix well till flour is incorporated into margarine add more margarine if needed

Add milk and spices stir well till flour is not lumpy but has desolved into milk

Add rice breaking it up so no lumps in rice stir occasionally to keep up of the thickness

Add peas as it thicken stir constantly

It will thicken when done serve and enjoy

This is for non vegetarian dish cut the steak into 3 equal pieces

Season bread with flour fry cut into bite sized pieces add to rice and gravy mixture
