Steps

Finely chopped the onions and capsicum with green chilli and coriander

Put oil in pan and add cummin seeds in it add chopped onions and capsicums and chilli in it

Put ginger garlic paste in it and add in it and mix well add one and half cup of water and let it cook for five minutes with covered lid

Add Suji in pan mix it well and again cool wit lid for five minutes after cooking let it cool for five minutes on room temperature

Add Maida in a bowl with some water and mix properly make kebab with the mixture you let die cooling and dip in mixture of water and maida

Role the kebab on bread crumble and deep fry it until it become crispy serve hot with ketchup
