Ingredients

6to 8person
  • 500 gmcookies
  • 250 gmbutter
  • 350 gmDark chocolate
  • 250 gmegg
  • 100 gmicing sugar
  • 150 gmwhole Almound pressed
  • 100 gmcherry chopped
  • 100 gmdry grapes

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter add icing sugar

  2. 2

    Then add dark chocolate and cookies (broken) then add egg

  3. 3

    Add Almound, cherry, Drygrapes, and mix all ingredients together keep in deep freezer for 8hours

  4. 4

    After 8hours demould and cut and serve
