Ingredients: 7 slice bacon cooked crispy drained and crumbled save two slices for topping; 1 lb lean ground beef; 1 small clove of garlic minced; 1/4 cup green pepper chopped; 1/2 cup onion chopped; 1/3 cup diced tomatoes; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 tbsp real mayo; 1/3 cup brown sugar type bbq sauce; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs; 1 egg; 1/2 cup shredded sharp chesse; 1/2 cup Shredded monterey Jack; 1 * topping *; 1/2 cup brown sugar type bbq sauce; 1/2 cup crispy fried onions; 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheese; 1/4 Shredded Monterey jack cheese; 2 slice saved bacon crumbled

Ingredients

7 slicebacon cooked crispy drained and crumbled save two slices for topping
1 lblean ground beef

1/4 cupgreen pepper chopped
1/2 cuponion chopped
1/3 cupdiced tomatoes
1/2 tspsalt
2 tbspreal mayo
1/3 cupbrown sugar type bbq sauce
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/2 cupplain bread crumbs
1egg
1/2 cupshredded sharp chesse
1/2 cupShredded monterey Jack
1* topping *
1/2 cupbrown sugar type bbq sauce
1/2 cupcrispy fried onions
1/4 cupshredded sharp cheese
1/4Shredded Monterey jack cheese
2 slicesaved bacon crumbled

Steps

Pre heat oven to 400° degrees

Combine the first 13 ingredients all together

Shape mixture into a loaf on a foil lined pan or place mixture in a loaf pan

Bake for 1 hour or till done

Spread bbq sauce on top and top with crispy onions, bacon and cheese

Bake for 8 to 10 min longer
