My innovation of cake prepared with white sauce and pasta.Made it in a pressure cooker.Came out very tasty and yummy

Melt the 1/2 cup butter in a saucepan.Take the pan off the heat and gradually stir in 1 cup milk to get a smooth sauce.

Return to the heat and, stirring all the time, bring to the boil.Add purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Simmer gently for 8-10 minutes and season with salt.

Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan, add ginger, onions and sauté for a minute. Add all the chopped vegetables green, salt and mix well.

Add tomato basil sauce and mix.

Add penne pasta and 1tsp oil and mix well.Add ½ cup white sauce and 1tsp milk and mix well.

Transfer into the spring form tin, press lightly and level the surface.

Put the remaining white sauce on top. Sprinkle cheese and pat lightly. Keep the cake tin in the cooker by applying oil to it.

Cook it for 30minutes and let it stand for a few minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
