Ingredients

  1. 4chicken thighs bone in skinless
  2. 2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 2 tspHungarian paprika
  5. 1 tspground black pepper
  6. 14 ozpickled radish
  7. 16 ozperserved vegetables
  8. 1/4 cupolive oil
  9. 1 pintswater
  10. 1 largechopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    season the chicken brown on one side turn add radish cook covered simmering for 10 minutes add preserved vegetables opional you can rinse the vegetables or leave them they are salty

    cook covered 20 minutes serve with rice
