Ingredients

  • 1 bagof dried Lentils
  • 1Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloveGarlic, smashed
  • 2Inner ribs of celery, chopped
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 1as needed Chicken stock
  • 1as needed Aged Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1as needed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Place everything in a stock pot except the Balsamic Vinegar. Cook until lentils are tender.

  2. 2

    Drizzle in some quality Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Serve and Yum!
