Ingredients

1 lbground beef or turkey
1 packagestaco seasoning
2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1 packagescream cheese
1 canevaporated milk
1 cupsour cream
1 packages16-20 oz shell or elbow pasta
3 cupmilk

Steps

Turn crock pot on high and spray non stick spray to entire surface.

Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.

Add all other ingredients to crock pot and turn down to low and let cook until pasta is tender.

Mix well and serve...
