Ingredients

  • 4 ozElbow macaroni
  • 2 cupWater
  • 2Chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 ozChopped spinach (defrosted)
  • 1Raw egg (beaten)
  • 1 as neededGrated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and add bouillon cubes.

  2. 2

    Add pasta to boiling water and continue boiling until pasta is al dente, about eight minutes.

  3. 3

    Add spinach and continue cooking for about one minute.

  4. 4

    Add beaten egg and stir continuously for another minute.

  5. 5

    Pour into a bowl and add grated cheese on top.

  6. 6

    Enjoy while hot!

recipe was good, fast, and easy to make. I added a lot more water when I made it to make it like a real soup.
