Hashbrown & Eggs (Lactose free)

Wash, peel then cube potatos. Then boil for 9 minutes. Drain, then return to heat. Add butter, onion powder, and garlic powder, and heat/stir until lightly brown. Remove from heat.

(I used same pan for eggs because it was already hot from taters.) Add a little butter to pan and scramble eggs to liking. Remove from heat
