  • 3/4 cupflour
  • 1 tbspsplenda
  • 1 tbspcorn meal
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 3 mediumchopped onion
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 2 cupcooking oil

    Mix dry ingredients with wet ones

  2. 2

    shape in large or small patties

  3. 3

    refrigerate patties for 1hour

  4. 4

    heat skillet and oil to medium high

  5. 5

    fry each patty in oil till golden brown

  6. 6

    serve with a dab of sour cream

  7. 7

    ENJOY!
