Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan.Add the flour and roast it on a low flame about 15 minutes or until it become golden in colour and you can feel the roasted mixture smell.

When flour will get roasted completely turn off the flame and add grated jaggery.

Mix the mixture till jaggery melt.Grease a plate bottom and sides using ghee. Then pour the prepared mixture into the greased plate.

Spread the mixture evenly using back of spatula or small flat based bowl.

Keep it aside for few minutes then cut them into diamond shapes.

Garnish it with the almond slivers and grated coconut.
