Cooking Instructions

preheat oven at 400 bake on 400, in a roasting pan.

combine all ingredients for marination, remeber to put half honey and lemon juice, the other half is for the glaze
- 3
put the ingredients for marination in zip lock bag, shaking bag to mix well, add chicken inside the bag, put into refrigerator for 4 hours. shaking bag occasionally during marination time.

mean while for glaze mix. add diced jalapenos ,rest of lemon and honey ,dash of salt and pepper , mix well , now add cranberries cut into small chuncks.stir lightly to mix well.put in refrigerator until needed. this is done in a bowl.

when marination time is over take out chicken pat dry, put into roasting pan, butter chicken ,bake 15 minutes breast side up. basted chicken with juices on bottom of pan, do this again in 15 minutes .

now take the cranberries glaze mix put over chicken cook for 20 minutes more. now chicken is done.

if u feel u need to bake for longer time do so. but dont dry out chicken. my total baking time is 50 minutes.
