  • 56 ozcollard greens
  • 2 tbspdistilled white vinegar
  • 7 cupchicken stock, see attached recipe
  • 1/2 tspsalt

    Heat the chicken stock. Add the collards, vinegar, and salt. Cover and cook till tender
