Ingredients

  • 1 cuplapsi
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1small bowl dry fruits
  • 1 pinchelaichi powder
  • pinchSalt
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1 tablespoonghee

Steps

  1. 1

    First pressure cook lapsi for 3 whistle.

  2. 2

    Now heat a tablespoons of ghee and add dry fruits and add lapsi in it with milk. Add sugar as well

  3. 3

    When milk starts boil add elaichi powder and pinch of salt and mix it well. And let it cook till dry. Serve it warm.
