Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 kgShredded chicken
  2. Salt
  3. 1/2 teaspooncurry
  4. 4 cupsrice
  5. 1/2 teaspoonthyme
  6. Fresh tomatoes
  7. Fresh pepper
  8. 2big onions
  9. 1/2 teaspoonGinger
  10. 1/4 kgvegetable oil
  11. 2big green pepper
  12. 2maggi cubes

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil rice for 10mins.

  2. 2

    Drain the water and wash.

    Blend the fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper.Grate ginger.

    Boil the shredded chicken with salt,maggi and onion.boil for 20mins.

    Boil the blended fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper.

    Boil for at least 15minutes.boil till there is no more water.

    Pour in vegetable oil and fry.fry for 5minutes and stir after 1 minute.

    Pour in the onion,curry and thyme.stir for 2minutes.

    Pour in the chicken and stock.

    Add more water and cover to boil.boil for 5minutes.

    Add salt,maggi and stir.pour in the rice and stir very well.

    Cover to boil.slice green pepper and keep aside.

    After 12mins taste for salt.and confirm there is no water.pour in the green pepper.

    Stir with a wooden spoon and food is ready.
