  • 4russet potatoes, diced
  • Onion, chopped
  • 1/4bell pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

    Fry bacon until enough grease accumulates

    Place diced potatoes in bacon grease, cook on medium heat.

    Fry for about 5 min, then add onion and bell pepper.

    Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

    Continue stirring and cooking until potatoes are soft and crispy.
