Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides; coat well with cooking spray.

Caramelize the onions in the olive oil over medium-low heat, about 30 minutes.

Whisk together the sour cream, vegetable oil and eggs.

Separately, whisk together flour, parmesan, sugar, rosemary, thyme, baking powder, lemon zest, salt, pepper and baking soda; add the onions.

Fold wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Add the batter to the prepared pans and bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
