The non authentic version Thai noodle dish that's very delicious and best when served steaming hot. Not authentic because it's what I had in the fridge but it's still tastey! You can substitute your fav veggies.

Steps

Boil hot water in medium pot with tablespoon of canola oil

Cook for about 10-12 min. Do the pinch and taste test to make sure it's cooked completely

remove from heat and strain, run cold water to stop the cooking

heat a wok or large pan, add oil, pinch of garlic and pinch of ginger

Add noodles & crab, 1tbs of Maggi's soy sauce

let the noodles fry until a little dark brown color. Stir, remove from heat immediately and add to your serving plates

heat wok on medium high, Add canola oil, pinch of garlic and ginger

Add all veggies except for the mushrooms

Add 2 cups chicken broth, 2 tbs Maggie's soy sauce, 1 tbs sweet soy sauce. stir

in a separate bowl, mix 2 tbs corn starch and chicken broth

Add chicken broth and corn starch mix

let sauce thicken. Pour over noodles once it's a nice thick consistency like gravy. Add siracha if u like a little kick
