1 1/2 lbfree range ground turkey
1jar of your favorite tomato sauce
3/4 cupfresh ricotta
2 tbspfresh oregano
2 tbspdried onions
1 boxGF pasta (I used fusili shapes)
1/4 cupshredded mozzarella

Cook ground turkey, oregano, and dried onions in a skillet.

Cook pasta for about 5 mins (keep it aldente).

Combine pasta and ground turkey in an oven friendly dish. Layer: pasta, some ricotta, some turkey, sauce, and repeat until ingredients all settle. Sprinkle fresh mozzarella on top.

Bake in oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
