Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 1/2 lbfree range ground turkey
  • 1jar of your favorite tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cupfresh ricotta
  • 2 tbspfresh oregano
  • 2 tbspdried onions
  • 1 boxGF pasta (I used fusili shapes)
  • 1/4 cupshredded mozzarella

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook ground turkey, oregano, and dried onions in a skillet.

  2. 2

    Cook pasta for about 5 mins (keep it aldente).

  3. 3

    Combine pasta and ground turkey in an oven friendly dish. Layer: pasta, some ricotta, some turkey, sauce, and repeat until ingredients all settle. Sprinkle fresh mozzarella on top.

  4. 4

    Bake in oven at 400°F for about 20 minutes.
