Melt the chocolate in a double boiler

Spread caramel on half of the biscuits. Followed by a marshmallow on each one.

Put the biscuits in the microwave for 40 seconds. You can do 4 to 5 at a time.

Place another biscuit on top of each one as soon as they come out of the microwave and push flat.

Now dip them into the melted chocolate one at a time, make sure that they are completely covered. Remove them and set aside to cool.
