Ingredients

  2. 1 1/2 lbfresh tilapia
  3. 2 packagesmedium raw shrimp w/ shell on
  4. shrimp boil seasoning
  5. salt
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tbspOld Bay original seasoning
  8. 1/2 tspMs. Dash original salt free seasoning
  9. 1 tbspChef Paul Magic Salmon Seasoning
  10. 1/2 tsplemon pepper seasoning
  11. 1/2 tsporegano
  12. 1/2 packagessazón goya con azafran
  13. 1 tspsugar
  14. 3 tbspbutter
  15. 4 cupwater
  16. other
  17. olive oil, extra virgin
  18. sauce
  19. 10epazote
  20. 2 tbspbutter
  21. 5chile ancho
  22. 1chile jalapeño
  23. 1/2 cupdiced onion
  24. 2tomato roma
  25. 1 smallchile de arbol
  26. 1 tbspOld Bay Original Seasoning
  27. 1 tbspChef Paul Magic Salmon Seasoning
  28. 5 cupwater
  29. salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring 3 cups of water to boil

  2. 2

    Add shrimp, butter, oregano, Ms. Dash, Old Bay, Chef Paul Magic, garlic powder, salt, and lemon pepper seasonings in boiling water. Boil until shrimp is fully cooked

  3. 3

    Blend water, chile ancho, chile de árbol, jalapeño, tomato roma, diced onion, butter, old bay, sazón Goya, Chef Paul magic, sugar, salt. Liquify blend.

  4. 4

    Fry tilapia until crispy and cut into smaller pieces.

  5. 5

    Remove 2 cups of water from shrimp boil. Add blended sauce and boil at medium heat. Add fried pieces of tilapia in boil. Add Epazote. Boil until Epazote leaves are soft. You're done!
