  1. 3tomatoes sliced
  2. 7-8dates deseeded
  3. 1 teaspoonoil
  4. 1/2 tea spoonsalt
  5. 2-3 tablespoonsugar
  6. 1/4th teaspoonturmeric powder
  7. As neededwater to boil

  1. 1

    Heat a pan,add oil and fry the tomato slices

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover it till the tomato slices get tender

    Now add the dates mix well and cover adding water
