1/2 tspblack pepper
1 tbsbenny spice
1 tablespoonsweet chilli sauce
2eggs, beaten
1 cupflour
1 tsppaprika

Spice your fish with black pepper and benny spice

Beat the eggs, add sweet chilli sauce and a little benny spice

Spice your flour with paprika and little of benny spice
4

Dip the fish into the beaten eggs mixture then dip into the flour and fry until golden brown and cooked

Serve with chips
