Chop bhaji finely

In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds.now add dhuli urad daal and roast it till brown.

Add chopped onion then ginger garlic saute it

Add spices and salt

Add chopped tomato let it cook for some time

Now add bhaji and little water

Allow it to cook completely till soft.

Delicious bhaji ready to be served.garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
