Passion fruit and mint jelly

Ingredients

  1. Juice from 2 passion fruits
  2. 1 tablespoongelatin
  3. 2 tablespoonmint extract
  4. 2 tablespoonssugar

Cooking Instructions

    Scoop out seeds and juice from passion fruit

  2. 2

    Melt sugar in mint extract to form a mint syrup.

  3. 3

    Mix syrup with passion fruit juice

  4. 4

    Bloom gelatin over a Bain Marie and let Cool slightly

  5. 5

    Then mix the juice with gelatin and immediately pour back into the passion fruit back

  6. 6

    Leave to set in refrigerator or freezer for about 1 hour

  7. 7

    Serve.
