  • 1 tspVegetable Oil
  • 1White onion sliced
  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • 10Serrano Chiles (stemless)
  • 1/2 bunchCilantro (stemless)
  • 3/4 cupWater
  • 1/2 tspWhite Vinegar
  • 1/4 tspCumin
  • 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Heat vegetable oil in pan and gently brown onions.

  2. 2

    Flash cook chiles and garlic cloves on hot flat pan, grill or Comal for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients to blender and pulverized.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate, then serve.
