  2. 1White onion sliced
  3. 3 cloveGarlic
  4. 10Serrano Chiles (stemless)
  5. 1/2 bunchCilantro (stemless)
  6. 3/4 cupWater
  7. 1/2 tspWhite Vinegar
  8. 1/4 tspCumin
  9. 1/2 tspSalt

  1. 1

    Heat vegetable oil in pan and gently brown onions.

  2. 2

    Flash cook chiles and garlic cloves on hot flat pan, grill or Comal for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add all ingredients to blender and pulverized.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate, then serve.
