Cooking Instructions

Cook biscuits to directions on can (usually 350 for 11-14 minutes)
Turn over up to 400
Turn griddle onto medium heat.
Wash potatoes and slice into 1/8 inch- 1/4 inch think slices
Cover a pan with foil and spread Crisco over foil (if you have one of those silicone baking mats, you won't need the foils or Crisco)
Place the potato slices into the baking sheet, spread olive oil into the potatoes. Flip the potatoe over and spread oil on other side. Sprinkle the potatoes with the seasonal (as much or as little as you want)
Place the potatoes in the over and cook for 10-15 minutes
Cut the biscuits in half. Take the stick of butter and rub it over the griddle. Put the biscuits, cut side down, onto the griddle to brown them
Cook the bacon in the frying pans until just starting to crisp up, transfer to paper towels to drain excess grease
When biscuits are browned, take the, off the griddle
When the potatoes are done (the should still be somewhat soft, not completely crisp) take the bo
