Method: 1. Make a light dough of maida by adding a pinch of salt, a drop of ghee and butter.

Use some hot water(gunguna pani). 2. Now cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 -30 min. 3.

Now grate the cabbage and squeeze it. 4. Now take some oil in a can and add cabbage to it.

Add some salt and white black pepper and mix it well. Cook for 5-10 min. 5.

Make small balls of the dough and roll them using a roller. 6. Now put the stuffing and pack it in shape of momos. 7. Cook in steam for 15 min.
