Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonsall purposes flour
  • 11/2 teaspooncocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • 3 tablespoonschocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients except chocolate in a bowl and mix really well.

    Now grease a ramekin bowl really well with oil.

    Pour the batter in and place chocolate chips in the Center.

    Pop this in microwave and cook for 1:30 on high power.

    Remove it and let it sit undisturbed for 2 or 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Now run a butter knife in the sides and invert it to a plate.

    Cut and enjoy the Molten Lava Cake straight away.

Poor. A very badly written recipe. Where's the mention of sugar and wet ingredients to make the batter? Plus the quantities of the raising agents for the amount of flour is way off!
