  • 6 largeportobello caps
  • 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 cupparmesan cheese
  • 1 tspgranulated onion
  • 1 tspgranulated garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and stem mushrooms, do not peel skin!!!

  2. 2

    Lay on baking pan, skirt up.

  3. 3

    Drizzle with olive oil, punch of salt, pepper on each sprinkle with garlic and onion, then cover with park.

  4. 4

    Preheat grill medium/low heat place on grill with skirt up for 10 minutes turn oil caps leave for 10 more minutes till tender.

  5. 5

    We eat them as app or to die for on a, roll with greens, onion tomatoes.
