Ingredients

  • 110 ounce container of classic hummus
  • 15.3 ounce container of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1garlic clove minced
  • 1tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2fresh squeezed lemon
  • 1 pinchof salt
  • 1/2 tspof ground pepper
  • 1/4 cupof chopped red onion
  • 1 cupof chopped English cucumber
  • 2 mediumchopped Roma tomato
  • 1/2 cupof crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cupof sliced Kalamata olives

    Take an 8x8 dish and put the hummus on the bottom and spread evenly

  2. 2

    Take the plain Greek yogurt and mix in the lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Spread this on top of the hummus.

  3. 3

    Then start layering the onion, then the cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, and then the Kalamata olives.

    Serve with pita chips or your favorite crackers..
