Ingredients

  • 1/4unsalted butter
  • 2 tbspSugar, I use coconut sugar.
  • 1 1/4 cupCrushed reg/cinnamon flavor Graham crackers

  1. 1

    In microwave safe bowl combine sugar, butter, and crushed Graham crackers. Microwave on high for 2mins.

  2. 2

    Dump crumb mixture in microwave safe pie dish. Form pie crust evenly.

  3. 3

    Microwave on high for another 2 minutes,

  4. 4

    Refrigerate, allow cooling for 10-15mins to allow butter to set.
