Ingredients

  1. 1 kgsarso ka saag
  2. 1 kgpaalak
  3. 1 table spoonbesan
  4. 3-4 bundlegarlic(fine chopped)
  5. 3-5motey katey huye onion
  6. 2fine chopped tamatoes
  7. green chilies(according to your taste)
  8. garam masala
  9. red chilie powder
  10. salt

    Bilkul baareek bareek kate huye sarso or paalak ko paani se achchhey se dhoker phir cooker mein 20-25 minute tak whistle dilwane ke baad besan ko kisi bowl mein bilkul patla ghol kar saag mein carefully mix karke whisk kartey rahe.taaki usmein ganthey na bne.

    Ab wapas gas on karke whisk karte rahe jab saag achchhi consistency mein naa a jaaye

    Jab hmara saag humne pressure cooker mein bnane ke liye rakha tabhi aap saath saath doosari taraf tadkey ki taiyaari kar saktey hain.

    Ab ek pan mein desi ghee daalkar ismein onion garlic or green chilies ko saath mein halka brown hone tak bhune phir tamatoes add karke thodi derr fry karne baad jab tamatoes pak jaaye tab garam masala red chilli powder.dry corriender powder daalkar saag mein mix karein
