Mash boiled sweet potato no lumps should remain

Add milk powder and maida in it and mix

Make a smooth dough

Make equal size of balls from the dough

Heat ghee in a wok

Deep fry all the balls golden brown do it on medium flame

Prepare one string consistency sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water

When syrup is ready tuen off the flame and put all the balls in it

Soak it for 1-2 hrs and gulab jamun is ready
