I always love pumpkin leaves. Especially there soft texture when cooked.
Steps

Peel off the pumpkin leaves.

Peel very well. Wash. Then cut them into small tiny pieces.

Put to boil in a sufuria for about 15 minutes. You can add 1/2 tsp of baking powder(optional)

In the meantime, cut the onions and tomatoes.

When pumpkin leaves are all boiled, fry the onions until semi golden brown.

Add in tomatoes and stir. This should be for 2 minutes.

Add salt and stir. Then add in the boiled pumpkin leaves and stir.(do not add in water used for boiling.)

Add in milk. Boil for 4 minutes. serve best with Ugali..
