Steps

Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds and green chilli saute then add onion fry for 1min..

Add tomato fry till it soft then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, meat masala powder fry for 2min.

Take a bowl add egg then whisk it well then add the egg in pan and continue stir it till it dry..

Add salt and coriander leaves fry for 1min..

Egg bhurji is ready to serve.
