Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
4 servings
  • 1 1/2 lbchicken gizzard and hearts
  • 1salt
  • 3 tbspcooking oil
  • 1jalapeño chopped
  • 1 mediumonion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1black pepper
  • 1 tspchicken boulion
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 12corn tortillas

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    boil gizzards and hearts with salt in medium heat until tender takes like an hour

  2. 2

    drain water

  3. 3

    fry them with black pepper until golden brown

  4. 4

    add jalapeño onion and tomato sauté add chicken boulion water let it cook until water is gone

    heat the tortillas and do the tacos serve with mexican rice ;-)
