  1. 1 cupugali flour
  2. 1 tbspnmargarine
  3. 1tspn tumeric
  4. Water

  1. 1

    Put 1 and half cup of water to boil.

  2. 2

    Add tumeric and margarine.

  3. 3

    Add flour consistently as your stir

  4. 4

    Keep stirring as the mixture gets thicker. Keep adding flour in bits untill you obtain a good thick consistency not too soft.

  5. 5

    Keep stirring for about 10 minutes to allow ugali to cook.

  6. 6

    Once cooked enough. Serve with sukuma wiki and enjoy.
