Ingredients

1small onion diced
2 clovesgarlic chopped

3 tbspunsalted butter
2 tbspolive oil
1/4 cupwhite wine
1 tbspcapers
6fresh basil leaves chopped small
2small red potatoes 1/2" diced
1 cancorn 15 oz
3/4 cupgrape tomatoes sliced in half
1/2 cupcrab claw meat
1/2 cupshrimp cleaned and chopped
3 tbspflour
1 cupheavy cream
2 cupsmilk
to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

Melt butter in pan add olive oil onions and garlic saute oh let's not forget the jalapeno

Make a roux with the flour. don't burn your roux. Now add wine

Add heavy cream and milk diced potatoes capers and crab and shrimp

Add tomatoes and basil corn salt and pepper to taste. A little zatarains seasoning always helps

Enjoy a cold beer with this
