My flour is equal parts short grain white rice, oat, buckwheat, and brown rice flour. Mix flour, sugar, yeast, salt, xanthan gum.

Next put the 1/2 cup hot water in a small bowl with the flax. Let sit fora few minutes.

Add the rest of the water and apple cider vinegar to bowl with the flour and mix well

And butter/oil and flax water to flour mixture. Mix well.

Put in bread pan or do ice cream scoop balls 9x13 pan.

Wet you fingers or brush and smooth the top of the bread or rolls.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.

Bake at 375 degrees.

Check rolls looking for them to turn golden brown
