Salmon, egg, parsley, the zest & juice of 1 lemon, 2/3 of chopped garlic, bread crumbs & black pepper & salt

Form 4 large or 8 small patties

In another bowl add remaining zest and lemon juice, remaining garlic, dijon mustard & Worcestershire sauce, whisk in olive oil and cheese, add pepper & salt, add shredded lettuce & toss to coat evenly

Preheat 2 tbsps of olive oil, cook salmon patties for 2 to 3 min on each side, 4 min if large patties
