In a bowl mix the butter with cornflour and plain flour and icing sugar using your fingers.

Form into a small rectangle shape.

Roll each one in a desiccated coconut.

Place them well apart on a lined baking sheets and press down lightly with the back of the fork.

Bake at 180°c(350°f, gas mark 4) for 15 to 20 min. Until golden brown.

Cool on a wire rack and then store in a air tight container.
